Visa cancellation ticket charges and visa charges

Hi,

I have a doubt on this.. Pl clarify

1) If an expat employee wants to go on visa cancellation before his contract term completion, who will bear the ticket charges? Either Employee or employer? Say for example, expat employee would like to go on visa cancellation after completion of 1 year contract, yet to complete 2 years..

2) if an expat employee leave before completion of 2 years contract, all visa related charges to be recovered from the employee?

please clarify the above two doubts..
