Americans in the Moroccan Job Market

I am a Moroccan American professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. I have worked with international organizations and big 4 with a variety of specializations from Mortgage, Fintech, to consulting. I speak 3 languages and hold a BS in Finance and an MBA.

First off, it is very difficult to build a professional network or even get the opportunity to speak to companies directly, unless you have good internal contact. Second, the majority of Morocco's professional job market is still dominated by the French language.

What is the solution to integrate and land a job in this market?
