How to contact public park in Mexico City team ?

Hi everyone! So we will be having a sponsored sports event in a public park in Mexico City. We went to the city and we were told we don't permits but we need to find this truck and coordinate with them. Unfortunately, they did not provide any other informations such as names or where to find them. Does anyone here know how or where we can find this team, likely related to a "green" or "white" truck that allows people to use the space?

If anyone here has an idea, please let me know.
