Transfer request not reflecting in my current employer system

Hi,

I received the sponsorship transfer request from my new employer, I accepted the request and send to my current employer for his approval.

But my current employer telling me that he did not receive any request in his system.

how much time it will take to reflect the request in his system or portal.

can somebody guide me how to solve this issue.

Have you been working lesser than 12 months in KSA? If you have worked more than 12 months, the request will not go to current employer for his approval. Instead it will ask your current employer to fill the notice period (last working day)

@expat_in_ksa7 i have been is Saudi Arabia from last 2 years but with current employer from last 6 month.

in my system it showing 90 day notice period.

nut not reflect in my current employer system but he is ready to reduce my notice day and realese me immediately

the problem is its not reflecting in his system so he can take some action

Once you complete 12 months, it will not go to current employer for approval. He can see an option to reduce the notice period or approve it with the default notice period. Thanks.
