For the UK (so, not just England, but also Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), the BBC will be the main broadcaster with other terrestrial channels showing highlights.  You'll be able to read the news on the BBC website, this link will take you straight to it.  You can watch it in the UK only by going online to the BBC iPlayer; this link will take you straight to it.
