Documents for financial means for D7 visa

Hi, folks, I'm wondering what documents should I provide if I use rental income and interest earned from my hard money lending  as my passive income to support my D7 visa application?

Thanks for that information. It is interesting that it cannot be e.g. quarterly (like with some dividends) or a big chunk of money in a Portuguese bank account.

Savings / "big chunk of money"  don't matter. It has to be steady, so you don't spend it all in the casino in the first few months ...
