Hi Tina, I'm living in Aruba 6 months per year since I retired in 22.  Iam currently limited to a 180 day stay.  I'm applying for retirement residency this year which should alleviate that issue and I've been told I can buy into the health care with that residency. 

What specifics are you looking for? Condo, house, rental, location, etc.

Currently in a house I had built in 22, bit only there Oct thru April.  I will be applying for retirement residency this fall when I return.

What type of property and what location. Condos in walking distance to beach can go 320+ or more in NOORD, so location is important.

Any other specifics let me know.
