NOC for Work visa/Visit visa

Hello,

NOC is not required, if all formalities for VISA cancellation are followed earlier. A visit Visa cannot be converted to a work Visa as per new directives.

Hello my brother Asif ! please I need your advice .... I was a maid in Oman then I run away from my employer is house ,I live out for years 7months then I was feel want to go home and talk  to my employer and he's asking for 900OMR to me for all he's expenses to me I paid him ,and he asked me to buy my own ticket with a 3 days before my departure , I did all ,after that he bring to the police deportation, and he's not say any criminal case about me because we are together in front of police and I was at deportation for 3 days and I travel to my country and when I was in airport the police not take my fingerprint but they put "CANCELLED"stamp on my expire visa page in my passeport  ... I'm currently in my country complete 2years yesterday 31 July because I exit Oman 31 July 2022 ,so please can I go back to Oman with another employment visa or only for touriste visa bro

hello sis,

with whatever you described i believe your previous visa was canceled and you completed 02 years' terms also, therefore your new employer can apply for your visa, but if your previous employer/police have blacklisted you, then you cannot come back. Therefore first your new employer should check if you are blacklisted or not.
