Postal code failure on VAEUL application

Post new topic

vnkr7

Good evening everyone,

The issue is in the title. When filling out the application for verification against eu law, on "3. Details" they ask about my passport, then request me to "fill in the form with the same information recorded in [my] passport. Later in this form, [i] must also upload a copy of this document."

BUT when I wrote the only postal code that appears on my passport, that is to say my French residence address, they won't take it > "Enter a valid postcode". Only the format "0000XX" works (which is the dutch one).

Should I ignore the instructions mentioned above and write my Dutch residence address?

Thanks for your help!

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I'm not certain, but I suspect they are looking for an address in the Netherlands.  My advice would be to contact and ask the Dutch Government department who have given you the form to fill in (or check the FAQ if it's a web form).

I hope this helps.
