Visa documents to wrong office

bambusyaki

hi all,

I made a blunder with my daughter’s visa application by submitting her join family visa application online and posting supporting documentation, including her passport and the grant letter to the department of justice, instead of her local Irish embassy abroad.

And now, I sent several messages to the department to return the documents so as to enable me forward them to the right office but no response so far.

Can anyone advise me as to what to do next?

thanks.

Tha for the advice and the link.  I sent a couple of emails with no response so far and even sent a registered post today.

Don’t know about the possibility of going to knock on their door.

I’ll make another effort to call them tomorrow.

Thanks.
