all operators are almost providing same quality service. Civil id is enough to have post paid line. one can choose based on their needs combining calls and data. opt for physical sim than esim so you can switch mobile phones without incurring additional cost when changing mobile phones. Whatsapp calls may be sufficient for connecting int’l numbers.
