ICAO line for visa application

Hi there

Seeking advice for the Vietnam e-visa. My application was declined due to incorrect name for the ICAO line.

My full name is Kyeong Hee Seol McPherson and my ICAO line reads MCPHERSON KYEONG HEE SEOL.

I entered by name into the application form as per ICAO line but I received an email stating the name is incorrect.

Any advice? Thank you in advance!

Can you tell me, please, precisely how the ICAO line appears on your passport?

Is it...

or perhaps...

P<AUSMCPHERSON<KYEONG<<HEE<SEOL<<<< ?

(note the chevron/less-than symbol differences in each example)
