Would having a will protect my property in turkey from inheritance tax? thanks in advance for your advise.

@mnaghbash I did think about this topic, I have to say, in other countries spouses are could be taxed quite heavily, but in Turkey from what I see it is limited.

If you are a resident, you should be taxed for world wide (income), but I think from what I see it is quite limited in Turkey.

I do not know where you bought your property, but in my view it should be quite fine.

Of course many considerations, likely I die before my wife and I made a manual (our situation is a bit complex (also with asking for pensions under EU law), we lived in Netherlands, UK, Luxembourg and now in Turkey.

What is inheritance tax and where it should be applied? (in my view Turkey (actual payments how these are classified?))

Some serious items to be considered with your spouse.

Many, many practival items to be considered (TAPU, tax numbers, bills, bank accounts, ...)

If the end comes, please discuss/present situation
