Good Day all!

I'm requesting someone has knowledge about my problem, since I joined a company around 4 months however my current employer doesn't accept my resignattion, despite I didn't signed the confirmation letter after completing my probation period, furthermore didn't accept the Qiwa contract.

Instead they are forcing me to work here when I didn't accept the promotion, I would like to switch into another job here.

The most prominent thing is company revive the iqama in every three months for employees so my iqama expires on end of october.

But company imposed me to stay here for next three more months of notice period.

I have been requested superiors in the company , they replied complete 90days, nevertheles, in the offer letter itself mentioned the employment can relieve the company if he didn't accomplish the probabtion and those completed the probation period must be work in the company with the 60days of notice period,

Still my company denied my request and wishing me to work for another three months.

And I'm pretty sure that i can find some here, but my problem ruin my plan.

I need a clear suggestion! Please.
