Hello EveryOne

I was living in kuwait 🇰🇼 for 9 years. Unfortunately I lost my job so I decided to meet my family and return back to search another job as my visa was valid till 2026. But while I was on vacation I meet with an terrible accident with 2 plates on my leg and ribs broken and still trying to recover. I had a Loan with gulf bank so I had some savings so I managed to pay my emi but still pending to pay 2 of them but I also had a mobile contract & ezzy emi with xcite which was was not able to pay for 4 months. Bcoz I can't even work and I was the only person earning for my family. I emailed my company hoping that if they release my indemnity I would be able to payoff my Gulf bank loan. But as per the condition mentioned for releasing indemnity i need to have clear record with no pending payments. So can any1 suggest if ooredoo or xcite will file a case which would interfere with my indemnity process and visa cancellation. Honestly I was to pay all that but doctor has advised  me to take complete bed rest till 1 year so i will take time. Can some 1 tell me and advise how it works for this mobile & electronic companies
