Iqama process

Dear Expats,

Can anyone help with this situation? I came to Riyadh on an engineer visa. For the Iqama process, I applied for SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership, but my request was rejected because my graduation date doesn’t meet the 5-year requirement. I have my original degree attested.

I saw on the SCE website that there is an option to get a temporary SCE membership. So, I downloaded the form for the occupancy change, got it signed by my company, had it stamped by the chamber, and submitted it for a temporary SCE membership to process my Iqama. Once that is done, I can change my profession.

However, my submission was rejected again. I followed the instructions on the SCE website, but despite my efforts, it keeps getting rejected.

Can anyone please guide me on the solution to process my Iqama?

Thank you.
