There are not that many compounds in the east of riyadh to begin with and none that are located next to the national guard facilities.   

You may want to ask your employers to recommed housing nearby.

However, if you want to live in Riyadh and want to commute 25-30 minutes, I know of two options.  One is vives compound (expensive) and the other is Orchid (relatively cheaper).  Google them.

For prices, you have to call each compound.  There is no other way to get latest prices.
