Cargo box missing from united cargo 7 months

Hello All,

I need help on my missing Cargo box, it's been 7 months United cargo took my box to ship to India, I had 7 boxes out of which 1 box is missing with essential items, I have been sending mails and calling them every day but the response is worst. Can anyone help me where to go, I called consumer care they says it's with minitry of transport. I'm helpless now
