How to Get O level Equalization from Ministry of Education

Dear My daughter completed O Level in Pakistan and now got admission in A Level in Saudi Arabia. How I can get equalization of o level. Note school asking for all results form Grade 1 to 10 (pre-board) which may be not possible.

If the O levels (IGCSE?) were taken under Cambridge, there should be no need to do anything.

If they were some dodgy local thing, they might be useless.

Added. If they are Cambridge AND the new school is Cambridge, get hold of Cambridge UK.

They can sort it out as they will validate the exams.
