Learning the local language will give a chance of employment. But you haven't said what your skills are.

What is the best city in Poland to move to, find a job, and settle down?

Justyna Singh

For obvious reasons, the best cities are big cities: Gdańsk, Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków. Firstly, it is easier to find a job here, even if you don't speak Polish. Secondly, local offices are better prepared for foreigners - all registration processes are faster, etc. Thirdly, it is easier to communicate in a foreign language - in the provinces you won't always find someone who speaks English, for example. Fourthly, you will definitely be able to reach other foreigners here - for example in Facebook groups where meetings are organized :) There will also be groups for parents, where you can go out with your children, sightsee, spend time together, etc. Importantly, remote work has become very popular, so it is possible that you will also do great in a smaller city.
