What is the best city in Poland to move to, find a job, and settle down?

For obvious reasons, the best cities are big cities: Gdańsk, Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków. Firstly, it is easier to find a job here, even if you don't speak Polish. Secondly, local offices are better prepared for foreigners - all registration processes are faster, etc. Thirdly, it is easier to communicate in a foreign language - in the provinces you won't always find someone who speaks English, for example.
