Questions about visa requirements

Hi my name is Pam and I am currently a Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi. I am 59 and if I make it 3 years I'll be 62 and ready to retire...I think.  I am thinking of wanted to stay here. I currently live in a village in central region and learning the language. I do not have a business and don't really want to invest in a business and will only have been here 3 years when applying for visa. What are my options?  Zikomo!
