got a Job Offer to migrate to Sweden but I don't have a degree

50victor

I work on IT.

The job offer has also been approved by the union and all that.

Neither my future employer nor the company hired to handle the application have asked for any document in regards to my university diploma (I dropped out of college in the last semester on the pandemic and haven't finished that yet), is it possible that the migration agency would deny my work & residence permit because I don't have a degree?

Did you apply for the job?

Have they asked you for any money?

I was sort of referred to and went through various steps in the hiring process, from coding to soft skills and only then I got the offer.

They didn't ask me for any money, they have actually sent me flight tickets for January already.

It is unlikely that migrationverket will decline your visa application due not having degree.
