@krabbykrablegs hi. You just missed the water festival. We were there last week for the days. We go to Battambang quite often. Great getaway from Siem reap. The rivers a great place in the evenings. Hope you have a great time in the city. Meeting people in the evenings seems good along the riverwalk. We both love strolling the river then and sometimes having a drink and some food at The River. Love to walk by the colonial buildings whenever we get there. Fantastic food too in the city. My partner and I often start the day with soup in the market. Take care.

  Hey that's my hometown and I come visit quite often.  My 99 years old father's still there with many of my relatives, a few km east of Battambang capital.  I'm sure they are open to welcome new friend.
