Hey everyone!

I’m hoping for some advice from fellow expats who’ve gone through the condo-buying process in Bangkok. I’m looking for a trusted but affordable legal service to help me make sure I’m doing everything right—just the basics to keep things safe and straightforward, nothing too fancy!

I reached out to one company already, but their fees were way out of my budget. 😅 If anyone knows of a lawyer or service that’s reliable without the crazy price tag, I’d love to hear about it!
