Scfhs rejection

Hello

I am a MSc optometrist. I did qualification study first with my Bsc they rejected, Now I did with my MSc it also rejected.

For Bsc they saying

Subjects/courses are not sufficient to practice the speciality according to the internationally recognized standards

For Msc

This training is insufficient to practice the speciality according to internationally recognized standards

Any one know how to rectify this and get licensed
