Hallo... Sorry I want to ask.. What is the difference between backlist and banned.. And how long can you open.. . Thanks

beppi

@Ana Bellah1992 There is no difference. How long it lasts depends on the circumstances and reason you are banned - is it a work pass bans (by MoM) or a visit ban (from ICA)?

Ana Bellah1992

This work pass bans by MOM..

Than.. If i go as touris maybe can or no?

beppi

As I said, it depends on the circumstaces and reason. Why are you banned?

Ana Bellah1992

About loan sir..

beppi

@Ana Bellah1992 Having a loan does not get you banned. To get banned, you must have done something illegal!

@Bawa Deep Please do not hijack other's threads - especially if yours is a different topic!

Furthermore, your post is not clear about what you actually did and what happened. But if it was something illegal, you have little chance to return to Singapore soon.
