Inquiry Regarding D Category Visa Application Delay :

I applied for a D category visa, and my agent informed me there's a delay on the embassy's end, as they haven't yet received an appointment from the Ministry of Labour. Is it true that employers can experience such delays when submitting applications? I am indian.

Welcome! 😊 I'm sorry to hear there's a delay for your visa. Yes, delays can indeed happen, but if you want to be certain of that piece of information, I encourage you to contact your embassy directly, or the Indian Association in Luxembourg (IAL). They should be able to help you.
