Re-appeal for Entry

Anonymous88

Good day.

My Spass was approved by MOM as informed by our HR dept. last two weeks ago. However, the ICA rejected my re-appeal for entry last July. Should I file a new appeal for my entry before going to Singapore? Is there anyone here who has had an experience that after receiving an IPA/SPass, their re-application for entry was approved? Just want to have some positive thoughts here. What did you write in your letter?

If you are currently banned/blacklisted by ICA, then an approved work pass (by M oM) is not enough to enter Singapore - you have to apply for an entry permit by ICA. Whether that will be given depends on the circumstances and reason you were banned.

However, if that was alreadxy rejected (and you unsuccessfully re-appealed, meaning appealed twice, thus exhausting all options), then you'd have to contact ICA to ask if a new application ifor entry s allowed in this case.

@beppi

This would be my 2nd try to re-appeal for my entry.  Before submitting my re-appeal for entry(for the 2nd time), I will email first the ICA for further information. Thank you.
