No record found on my EP pass application

I think it almost a month when HR applied my pass and still show no record found when I tried to check.

I asked HR and they check from their side the application is active and their monitoring the application.

Anyone encounter the same issue?

If the application is shown when the company logs into MoM's system, but not for you, then it is a technical problem.

The company should contact MoM to clear this up!
