Employment Restriction: The applicant must undertake not to engage in any form of employment within Kenya.



How to apply for a class K permit in Kenya


  Application Form: Complete a duly filled application form 25, providing accurate and detailed information.


Cover Letter: Prepare a detailed and signed cover letter addressed to the Director of Immigration, outlining the purpose of the application and any relevant details.


  Passport Documentation: Provide copies of the passport for both the applicant and any dependents.


  Contact Information: Furnish comprehensive contact details for the applicant, including:


        Email address


        Postal address


        Telephone number


        Physical address


Proof of Income: Submit documented proof of the applicant's income meeting the stipulated threshold.

Passport Photos: Include recent passport photos of the applicant.
