If you know a webpage, please recomend it to me. Although I know finn.no, I cannot use it at all. Becaue its content in Norwegian, and I do not know any Norwegian at all. Please suggest me webpages which I will be able to search jobs in English.

Please guide me on the road of immigration to Scandinavia. I believe, my situation is perfect to immigrate via career immigration. Please help to reach my dreams.

My problem is that I do not know how start

Please help me to speed up the process of finding a job in Norway by recommending me to a somebody or company to find a job which is appropriate to my profession(health environmental Engineering)

there are a lot of jobs available on LinkedIn, but if you want to move to Norway it may also be beneficial if you start trying to learn Norwegian now. Many browsers already contain translation extensions that could aid you in job searching while also learning some of the language.

as for how to achieve the paperwork/visa, have a look at udi.no to see what paths are available and what the requirements are for each.
