Hi, how do people find work in Mongolia or employers that are looking at contracting me and with a work permit? I've tried websites and signed up to groups, I am on most social media apps and still no luck. I used to know a friend from there I have tried contacting him but I believe he no longer can speak basic English anymore and maybe due to having his own family now and possibly not remembering who I am. I really believe I have the potential to help Mongolia in many ways regarding climate changing and other issues that are acquiring and I am not saying I am the only person who can. Anyway I have tried the Embassy in this country of NZ where I am currently located and that was no help also I would like to bring along my beautiful 5 year old and possibly long term residence in Mongolia. Dont get me wrong I can handle the nomad lifestyle its genetic in my blood and I enjoy the natural life on top of that the people, the culture and history are magnificent. Please can someone help me.

What field are you looking to work in? I am not employed in Mongolia, but if you need help, it'd be useful to tell folks what exactly you are looking to do.

Yes, you are actually right thank you. My main field I am looking for as in a job is Agriculture/Horticulture. I have years of work experiences with many different companies within NZ and lived and worked on farms growing trees, pruning and harvesting fruits/vegetables and maintaining the land, fertilizing and watering plants using Irrigation systems and heavy machinery including repairing damaged water supply pipes after storms. Opening up rivers and sawing down and removing dead trees to avoid floods and observation on soils and plantations on a regular basis. I will take whatever opportunity that is handed as I am a skilled, hardworking and reliable worker even if its; cleaning hotels, apartments, private sitting houses, private english teaching to children, labor work, livestock herding, retail, customer service, gardening businesses, collecting rubbish. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and show my full potential.

I would even take up the offer to work for free just to happily get the experience of what the workforce and life style of Mongolia is like.

You are talking about a country where money is needed because a person who has never lived in temperatures of -32 is very hard
