How to watch British tv live ?

selcroft

Hello to all

We are Steve & Diana.

Hello to all expats….

we both live in Sofia though looking for a property elsewhere in the near future.

We are from London, both retired and fairly active…

The problem we have is that we are trying to find out how to watch British tv live. We have a Amazon fire stick though understand that we can get everything we want on Sky, but do not want to go down that way.

We have a VPN but still cannot watch live UK tv, can anyone in the community give us advice.

Thank you

VPNs are legal in most countries, including Bulgaria.

@JimJ

Do you mean TOS from the provider?

Who said they weren't?

However, using a VPN to steal intellectual property ISN'T legal, including in Bulgaria....

No.  To be clear, I mean using a VPN and a dodgy Fire Stick (or similar) "service" from someone who specialises in stealing intellectual copyright to watch programs without paying for them.  It's simple theft, however one might try to rationalise or sugar coat it..

Fred

Sky news has free streaming on its site. Perfectly legal as they provide it openly and free of charge.

No VPN, and no bill.

Use Brave browser if you want to get rid of the pre-play adverts.

There's a start.

Slightly off topic as it's radio, the beeb has free streaming

I don't sign into sites because I don't much care about TV, so I can't say if this is any good

Low quality and I'm unsure about the legally of UK channels.

Most world channels don't have the UK's idiotic rules so they're likely legal to watch.

Never subscribe to dodgy sites. Loads appear and disappear- most are very probably scams harvesting card details.
