basildavis

I thinking about coming to panama for about 4 months each year.

looking for beachfront land to buy.

want to put a container home on land.

I found some that I could buy on the internet realtor sites with land for sale.

They have set up for people to ask question .

never get answer.

what can I do?.

You need to do due diligence and I just wrote a book called 'Mastering The Purchase Process' that will help you through it. It is actually part of a series, the second book probably won't interest you as it is about apartment ownership and the third one I am in the process of writing about buying land, it should be out in a couple of months. You can find them on amazon.

Visit the areas that interest you, there are lots of properties that are not listed on websites, you may see one that has a for sale sign, speak to locals, make sure the land is titled, don't buy land that is not titled (best advice ever) you'll be fine
