Happy Christmas to anyone who is still in Chengdu.

While the big hotels seem to be providing a Christmas meal (at no cheap price), the influx of western culture seems to have been largely stemmed and I heard no carols when I went out last night or saw signs of decorations or party hats that were evident five years ago. I shall try and cook a half turkey crown in the airfryer tonight to keep up the tradition. My dog is probably in for a big treat.
