American graduate seeking employment in Oslo ASAP

I am an American who studied in Oslo, Norway under the US Fulbright Program. I am now back in the US and missing Oslo terribly and searching for ways to return, preferably through qualified work in international politics, public policy, or university-related work. I was hoping that someone may be able to help me in my pursuit of a job in Norway.

I have a bachelor's in political science, I've done a bachelor's thesis in international public health, and my Fulbright work was on international development. Does anyone know of any employment opportunities that might be available so that I could return to Norway? If anyone here works in a place that fits the descriptions I mentioned (for UDI requirements on "qualified" work) or if anyone knows someone who is searching for an employee, can you please contact me and help me? I would provide my CV with my professional and academic information and plenty of references. I am not fluent in Norwegian but I have studied it for a year and would be considered at the intermediate level and would hope to continue my studies to gain fluency.  Any help that anyone can provide would be very much appreciated, as I would love the opportunity to return to Norway to work and study.
