Hello, just signed up and saying a quick hello!

Currently based in Ireland, but in the process of relocating to Greece. Have started the journey, looked at properties, engaged a lawyer, and just looking for the right property. The area around Corinth is our planned landing spot currently.

Expect we will need to find contractors to help with renovations of what we end up buying, but that's all later down the road. Here to seek advice and best practices.

See you all around the forums.

Be excellent to each other!

Thank you so much! We have actually fallen in love with the area around Loutraki, and have an offer in on a property.

All going to plan, we will need some contacts for renovation work. Some of the locals we have befriended all seem to know somebody. So quietly optimistic.
