Journey to KSA - Experience in Processing Medical Examination

Hello Everyone, for those of you that process your working visa bound to KSA, I just want to ask your opinion in my case.

Currently, I'm have an ongoing PEME and during medical I was ask with my medical history, the thing is I have a past experience of major operation in my head last six(6) years ago and during my medical I was ask for surgical clearance to which I am currently processing  hoping this won't take too much time. My concern is does this medical be forwarded to my employer? Does the KSA have a strict procedure in accepting expat worker, when it comes to medical history even though I'm fit-to-work?

I just worry that the same experience when applying to work in Japan re-occur here in my job processing in KSA, to which i was rejected mainly due to the major operation I had in my head last six years ago...
