Saudi council of engineers- different name in certificate and passport

Dears,


Your help is required in solving my issue.


I had applied for SCE membership and paid the fees a month ago.

Now, I have an issue with my name in Passport and my Bachelor of Engineer degree from India.


As Per Passport name is “MARWAN KOTTAVELLAT” and as per Certificate name is “MARVAN”.



It is difficult to get the name changed from University as it is time consuming.


Kindly help.
