Going for vacation during probation period

I have changed jobs this month and moved to new company. Visa transfer is also done. As per contract the probation period is 3 months

During Eid Ul fitr holidays I would like to go to India for vacation and my employer has allowed me to do so.

However I want to know if there will be any issue with this, as I am traveling during my probation period.
