Residency through investment in property (Discussion)

Dear all,

Non-seychellois can now become eligible for 5 years residency when they invest in Sey Gov. approved freedhold developments.

However, residency application can only be submitted once they have received the property titles.

So when you invest in ready properties you can immediately apply for residency once you get the property title under your name.

But if you are buying a off-plan (under-construction) property you will have to wait for it to be completed, get the title and then apply for the residency.

Usually the developer will put forward your residency application with the land dept.
