day trading in switzerland... taxes :(

Hi community!
I’m a day trader in Switzerland and it’s very likely that I will have to pay taxes for it as I don’t fulfil the requirements for private investor.
I have found contradictory information in the internet concerning the percentage I have to pay when I declare my gains:
11.5 % _ https://www.daytrading.com/ch
35 % _ https://www.moneyland.ch/en/stock-marke … s-tax-free
Can anyone put a bit of light in this darkness?
By the way, my gains are not related to dividends, just buying low and selling high, or at least that is the idea
