Recommendation regarding schools of Vaud canton

Hello everyone

my family and I are moving to Lausanne during Summer 2025.

My husband will start a new job in Geneva.

We are looking for a GOOD public primary school (cannot afford any private schools fees) and of course an accommodation to rent.

therefore, I would love to hear any recommendation from parents regarding the schools of Vaud canton? This is our priority so far before starting our accommodation hunt.
