Hi everyone,

I just ended my 2years contract from my current employer and informed them my notice for sponsorship transfer and they verbally agreed but no NOC, no release documents etc from them. The thing is i didnt find sponsorship yet and my existing sponsor told me i must transfer within a week regardless of my iqama validity for another month, What does this mean? Do they have the right to cancel my iqama? What happens next? Btw i wasnt able to clarify things with them smoothly due to recent conflicts, and they didnt give me timeframe for transfer process from the past assuming things were fine until iqama validity, and they just went over and told me i must complete the transfer within a week since its been a month of no transfer request. Anybody has an idea? Thanks a lot.
