To get a job anywhere, you need 4 things:

Relevant experience
Relevant and current qualifications
Speak the local language
Luck

Your forum information tells me you are already living in the UK (Birmingham); this link will take you to a Google search I just created that lists all the dentists in Birmingham. My advice is to go through it, call them, and see who is hiring.
