Visa D Bulgaria with Drink Driving offence HELP Please

GangThePker

I've searched the internet for this answer and nobody can give me a clear cut explanation, not even the Bulgarian Embassy, London who's prerequisite is if you have a criminal record to;

"If there are previous convictions, a letter from a solicitor saying that the applicant is fully rehabilitated is also requested. The letter should be apostilled by FCDO."

I have a drink driving conviction from Spain 2023, stupid I know. I've tried email solicitors around London I'm wondering if anyone has applied for a Bulgarian Visa D and done this process.

Many Thanks!

Hello, I was wondering the same with my client, and asked the Migration director once. They said that it is possible even with a notification of some conviction in the ACRO certificate to apply and recive the Visa. All depends of the case, and each case is reviewed separately.

I hope I was helpful.
