Eat, sleep and play hard...
I don't know what kind of activities there will be in GZ. But definitely there are a lot of places to visit. If you have a long holiday, and if you can speak a bit Chinese, you can book a two-to-three-day trip through local agent, say a coach/car-whatever vehicle plus hotel package tour to Zhabo to see the beach in Guangdong's Yangjiang, or a hot spring and beach (Xunliao Bay) tour in Huizhou.
There should be a lot more things to do during a long holiday.
But remember to always travel in a group.
