Any information on Adwaa Rabia Group? All the negativity is surrounding EDEX.
Re: Any teachers just started with Education Experts?
Since I applied in jan. they have changed their address twice their new address is 101 finsbury pavement it's on their website. Did they tell u who u have to make a cheque out to? Who did u deal with?
If u wanna wait a long time ur gonna be in it for a long time these guys take ages. I've been waiting for 6 months now their quick to take ur money but never answer their calls once they've got the money.
My advice don't apply though this company.
They have given me bank their bank details to transfer the fee into Bank Name: Metro Bank
Bank Address: 120 Cheapside, London EC2V 7JB
Account Name: Education Experts Co. Limited
Account No: 13839085
Sort Code: 23-05-80
Does this information look correct??
Seems dodgy to me tbh!

Hi, Would like to start work with adwar arabia or education experts but don't have any contact information.
I'm based in London. Does anyone know if there are recruiting offices for Saudi based in London.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Susan
PS. My field is Biology
I'm waiting for the letter of invitation to come in from Edex Saudi. Contract is signed. I was recruited by Skyline Global. I'm Australian.
Adwaa Rabia have an office listed in Melbourne and Sydney, no phone contact though. I applied for a job with them via their online submission and by email. No reply. Seemed a bit dodgy. Not sure if they're a legitimate company. Probably should have walked in to find out for sure, but happy with the offer I got from Edex.
I have been with them since they started and can tell you that they are very manipulative and will try and retain teachers with a little effort as possible. Its not the most of a humane environment. They have a huge turn over rate and lie consistently. It is only worth coming to if you are desperate and in need of money.
Hi EdExExp,
Thank you for contributing to this thread.
May I ask, why have you stayed with them for so long (since they started) if they're so bad?
Can you please give some specific examples of why they are so bad to work for... along the lines of their lies and manipulation?
Are your complaints specific to EdEx, or do they relate to the placement (i.e. the university) or the job market in Saudi as a whole?
Can you suggest any other organisations that are better to work for in the same market?
Thank you again and hope to hear back from you.
I don't know if this helps or not but I was told by teachers out in KSA (ONE teacher in particular who has been there for 20 years now) stated that if any agent/recruitment company is asking for money then 'walk away'. I was advised the ONLY money to part with is for visa. which is not £500.
Since then I have had interviews & non have requested money from me.
Hi,
I'm in the same boat. Did you end up getting the invitation letter?
This question is for psy

No letter. I've been informed that there are no male visas. People from Skyline have been very good at their job. If not for them I don't think I'd know anything at all. Doesn't change the fact through...

They are money hungry theives that are now asking for £500 from applicants for visa payment, when in real fact they cant offer you a job! i've waited 8 months for them to offer me a job which means i paid them 8 months ago aswell. Now im literally fighting to get my money back. P.S they've lost their contracts in Saudi so those who have paid them, get your money back!! Go outside their office or take legal actions. Don't sit quietly and hope they'll give you your money back because they wont!
If you paid by credit card my advice would be to go through your credit card company and you will get it back.
However I think you can't name companies on here from what I was told.
I came accros my job interview for work in ksa on the internet as the company had recorded it and put it online along with lots of others so I was warning others. The expat senior advised me NOT to mention names of the company unless your asked in a PM

Fozee63 was your job proposed to be at PNU?
Hey there I used to work as a recruiter for education experts...so any questions...lemme no.
I applied for a job through love tefl who are affiliated with education experts in July for an end of August start. What I wanted to ask was do they actually get teachers out there? I was asked for preference of location I gave a first and 2nd choice how likely is it to actually get the first choice of location?
Also I have had a medical test 6 weeks ago and now been told I will have to go for a 2nd one which will involve a chest x-ray too. I was supposed to start working at the beginning of September but now it looks like I will not be arriving until the end of November.
My husband got interview with Adwaa on Aug 15th, Now 6 wks later still does not have contract and visa. is this company trustworthy? How long does it take to get work visa? from US. Thank you for your info.
when did you get interview and when do you start? My husband has been waiting 6 wks for visa. Are you in Saudi?

it's unclear if you're inquiring about EdEx or Adwaa?
Adwaa
Hey all,
I've also signed a contract with Education Experts and paid the £500. That was in August, and I've received notification that the visa process has started and will be completed in the coming weeks. I've found the Saudi office to be much more competent and efficient than the London office. My advice would be to contact the Saudi office and respectfully ask them to look into any issues that you may have. I've found them to be very professional and forthcoming with information - my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed promptly. My biggest gripe with the London office is lack of communication and a general sense of indifference.
Best wishes.

Why do you think it would take a further two months? That seems an awfully long time, considering you applied since July. My advice would be to contact the Saudi office, as from my experience, they hadn't even received my documents from the London office after a month, even though I had already signed my contract. I literally had to resubmit everything plus extra to the Saudi office, but unlike their London counterparts, they've been very professional and have kept me informed throughout.
Best wishes
Hey,
Thanks for replying..
Do you have the contact details for the Saudi office?
Also have you had a medical test yet? I had the first medical on the 19th August and now I'm waiting for the second medical and after that the visa should come!
Naz1sh, I'll send you a message with the email address I contacted with my queries.
Best wishes
DO NOT TRUST EDUCATION EXPERTS.
I realized how shady they are back in June.
R... interviewed me, gave me a contract, I signed it and then I had to pay the 500 GBP for VISA. However, after seeing how shady the company is, I decided to cancel everything a day later. For about 4 months now I am still trying to get my 500 GBP from them!
J.... ... lies to you so much and then stops replying to emails and calls. In addition, L.... also is someone who is very deceitful. All in all, they are all very deceitful. Everyday when you call them back for your money they will make false promises to you and make up excuses. At one point in time, L.. promised that he sent a transfer back to my bank account and I waited 10 days for it and it turned out he lied! Then he said he tried to do a WU transfer to me, and sent me an email by WU as proof -- when the email was to instructions on how to pay WU and was not any confirmation! He was not even sending me 500 GBP but like 400!
L...(who apparently is the one who handles the payroll) etc. then says to me that he has to wait for the accountant to come in Today (Wednesday). I called today and firstly L... is out and T... doesn't even work there!
So much lies man. Please report them for fraud.
They will all lie to you when you call. Report this company for fraud. I haven't even received back a cent from them. They are taking the visa money and literally robbing people blindly.
Report this company
It is advance fee fraud

Education Experts are awful.
I have been waiting since june. Had a medical In August and since then i have been told that i am going 'next week' for the two months. I had an argument with the 'CEO' who was very rude and un-cooperative. I was recruited through another agency who i did my tefl with. They have been helpful. Throughout the process i feel i have been lied to. They do not have the jobs and clearly keep recruiting people for the fun of it. I am still seeing them advertising for jobs online now that they clearly don't have!
I have asked for a refund and will be seeking legal advice if they do not follow through as they have told me many times that i can have a refund. The whole ordeal has been awful. They lie and are very manipulative. Richard in the office is a liar and has small man syndrome. They never told me the full story and i was told i only had to have one medical not two. My passport has been at the visa office for 5 weeks because they 'forgot' to send my contract from saudi when really they havent sent it because they have no jobs. Its been awful i have nearly had a breakdown over this. i have no job in england and am living off of water and air. I wouldn't advice any one to take a job with them.
F1ddl3 and Ajlb, I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through with EdEx - I can definitely relate. I hope you get your money back soonest, and that this experience doesn't scar you in anyway.
Best wishes!

Hi Salah124. You absolutely should not pay any money to EdEx or anyone else in order to get a job in Saudi Arabia. You do pay the Saudi Embassy for validations and stuff like that, but never to the company that is hiring you.
Absolutely stay away from EdEx if they're asking you for money! In fact, if they have a base in the UK and are asking you for money, I'd report them.
Has anyone actually moved to Saudi Arabia with Education Experts within the last two or so months? Many of us have signed contracts and are waiting to complete the visa process in our respective countries, but there doesn't appear to be any reports of/by anyone who has actually moved to Saudi Arabia and started work in the past couple months. Can the current teachers at PNU and KSU recall any new EdEx teachers who have joined over the past couple months?
Do you know their contact details in Saudi? do you know the name of the person you were dealing with in their office in Saudi?
An update for you all. After countless calls upon calls I decided to send a Paypal invoice to J A M E S W E L L S, the director, in addition to almost any of the edex emails I can find and the director decided to give me back my money via Paypal. It took me over 5 months to retrieve my funds from them.
Are you actually employed through EdEx in Riyadh?
No, I wrote about my situation in previous post. I'd stay away from EdEx if I were you.
Too late mate, I'm already in deep s***.
I handed £500 to EdEx about 6 weeks ago with a promise of January start which from reading between the lines I'm certain it's not going to happen.
I have a receipt to verify that they have received the money.
You should contact your recruiter and contact director to see Whatsup, ask to cancel and that you'd like yoUr Money back. If you don't feel comfortable then don't proceed. Call them, but have emails as proof. Call then email. The director email is j a m e s @ e d u - e x p e r t s l o n d o n . c o . u k
Hey didn't you have to fill out a refund form and send it to this email add.. refunds@edu-expertslondon.co.uk
