New Costa Rica Blog on Working, Living and Teaching in CR

Hey everyone,

I just now found this expat resource and will definitely be coming back, but first I wanted to introduce myself and direct you to my blog http://costaricaclassroom.blogspot.com.  My girlfriend and I, having graduated last may, decided to take the opportunity of being young without too many responsibilities to move to Costa Rica to teach english and gain some experience living life.  Anyway, I've set up a blog that I hope will become a resource for anyone leaving home and thinking of moving to Costa Rica (for whatever reason).  Who know's maybe the advice/experience relayed through the blog can relate to your personal experience.  I invite everyone to check it out, send me an email, or better yet, leave a comment perhaps with your own advice, questions, or, well, comments.

Thanks,
Bruce

Unless people object, I'd like to keep the readers here posted on updates to my blog.  Recently I posted on who the english students really are here in Costa Rica.  If you teach ESL down here, you most likely won't be teaching highschools, but rather business pros looking to advance their careers.  It's an interesting dynamic.  Read more about it at Costa Rica Classroom

Thanks,
Bruce
