yes there is.. the one I know of is called the Desert Biking Club of Kuwait, heard they organise some good rides around. Check out their link

you will fit right in with the DBCKers, their rides are every friday morning, just be sure to inform em u need a pick up or such, plus hopefully u have a knowledge of bikes, Treks and whatnot, coz there is an ongoing war between the members for which is the superior cycle.
u'll enjoy em, and see new areas in Kuwait that those that have been there for ages know nothing about
